Chicken & Salad - Keto Friendly

Receipe for 1 keto style, this dish is so easy to prepare & cook within 15 minutes.
Ingredients (weighed raw):
Chicken 100gPumpkin 30g (raw)
Sweet Potatoes 30g
Capsicum 20g
Mushroom 20g
Coconut oil 1/4 tsp
2 large handfuls mixed lettuce
100g avocado
Cayenne peppers - optional
Directions:
Slice chicken into strips and fry with coconut oil, add vegetable except pumpkin, add cayenne peppers & fry until all cooked.
Plate up lettuce, thinly slice raw pumpkin and add on top of lettuce, then pop on top your cooked chicken & vegetables.
Add a good pinch of Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste.
