Easy Aussie Berry Danishes

There's nothing more Aussie than making a quick and easy something at a nothing, this flaky little goodness is are bursting with flavour and can be whipped up in less than 10 minutes with a few pantry staples.
INGREDIENTS》
3-4 sheets puff pastry
2 cups blueberries,
1 cups strawberry, diced
¾ cup white sugar
1tps corn flour
1tps cinnamon
1tps zest, orange or lemon
1 egg, whisk
Powdered sugar, to dust-optional
INSTRUCTIONS》
Pre heat oven to 200g.
In a bowl place blueberries, strawberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon and zest combine well and set aside.
Cut pastry into half then half again to make 4 smaller squares, place onto a liner backing tray. Leaving room between.
Spoon the berry filling(about 2tbs) down the centre of the pastry, repeat with remaining filling.
Fold one corner of the pastry to cover the filling, brush with a little egg, then take the opposite corner and fold it over the filling and press down on top of the other pastry. Brush with egg and sprinkle with a pinch of sugar, repeat process with the remaining pastry and filling.
Bake for 15min, until golden brown. Let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
