 4 cups boiling water
½ granulated sugar
5 tea bags black tea
3 fresh mandarins, juiced
1-2 fresh mandarin’s, peeled
Ice

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
In a large, heat-proof jug /pitcher (2L is best) combine the boiling water & sugar mix well to dissolve the sugar. Add the tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes (the longer you steep the stronger the taste).  Remove the tea bags.
Add the mandarin juice and fill the rest of the pitcher/jug with cold water.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Add mandarin segments, mint, finger limes and ice to the jug/pitcher and served the tea over the ice and mint to serve.
