Prawn & Coconut Soup - Keto Friendly

Receipe for 1 keto style, this dish is easy & takes 30 minutes to prepare & cook.
Ingredients:
100g Prawns
100g green capsicum
1 large handful Spinach
1 large handful Bok Choy
100ml Coconut Milk (100%)
1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
Lightly fry prawns in a pan with coconut oil, throw in all vegetables including spinach leaves let cook for 5 minutes. Pour into pan coconut milk & let simmer for 15 minutes on a low temperature.
Add a good pinch of Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste.
