Prawn Laksa Keto Friendly

Receipe for 1 keto style, this dish is easy & takes 15 minutes to prepare & cook.
Ingredients:
100g raw prawns
80g capsicum
1 large handfuls bok choy
1 large handful spinach
100g coconut milk
1/4 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp laksa paste
Fry prawns in a pan with coconut oil, add all vegetables & greens cook with coconut milk & laksa paste, simmer on low setting for 10 minutes.
Add a good pinch of Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste.
