Salmon & Vegetables - Keto Friendly

Receipe for 1 keto style, this dish is easy & takes 15 minutes to prepare & cook.
Ingredients:
100g Salmon
60g Sweet Potato
2 large handfuls Bok Choy
2 tbsp sour cream
1/4 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
Thinly slice all vegetables & fry in pan until cooked to liking, then fry salmon to liking. Serve up with sour cream added to top.
Add a good pinch of Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste.
