Smoked Salmon & Raw Pumpkins Salad Keto Friendly

Receipe for 1 keto style, this dish is easy & takes 10 minutes to prepare & no cooking involved!

Ingredients:

80g Smoked Salmon 
60g Grated raw pumpkin 
40g raw mushrooms 
2 large handfuls baby spinach 
1 large handful of microgreens 

Dressing:

1tbsp full cream
1/2 tsp seeded mustard 
1/2 tsp mustard 

Directions: 

Simply place spinach & microgreens on a plate, grate the raw pumpkin, chop the mushrooms and slice the salmon & place on top of the salad. Mix your dressing and pour over.

Add a good pinch of Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste.
