Steak & Vegetables Keto Friendly

Receipe for 1 keto style, this dish is easy & takes 15 minutes to prepare & cook.
Ingredients:
100g Rib fillet steak
80g Sweet potato mash (recipe below)
2 large handfuls bok choy
30g Camembert cheese
1/4 tbsp coconut oil
Sweet Potato Mash (makes 5 serves)
300g sweet potato
10 tbsp cream
35g parmesan cheese
Peel & diced sweet potatoes and throw into a pot to boil until cooked. Drain, add cream & parmesan cheese & whizz.
Fry steak in a pan with coconut oil, then add bok choy & fry until cooked. Serve up with sweet potato mash & camembert cheese.
Add a good pinch of Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste.
