Olive Oil & Bread Dip 50g
This blend of herbs and spices is delicious served with Extra Virgin fruity olive oil and warmed rustic bread for dipping. Sprinkle a teaspoon or two on a plate, then drizzle 1/4 cup of olive oil over it. Dip warmed bread in the spiced oil. For added flavour, add a little crushed garlic or grated parmesan cheese or some finely chopped fresh herbs. Use as a seasoning for roasts and grills or with pasta dishes. Mix into cream cheese or sour cream for a tasty dip. Enjoy!
Macadamia & Wattleseed Dukkah 60g
Consisting of a blend of hand roasted nuts, sesame seeds and spices, Dukkah is delicious served as a dip with warmed rustic bread and fruity olive oil. It can also be used as a coating for seafood, chicken and lamb.
Ingredients: Sesame seeds, hazelnuts, macadamias, almonds, roasted wattleseed, coriander, cumin, Australian sea salt and Australian pepper.
Harissa 50g
This fiery blend has its origins in Tunisia and can be used as it is or blended into a paste. It is great as an accompaniment to couscous, pilaf, tagines,grills and roasts. It is especially good with lamb or chicken. It can also be used as a dip with fruity olive oil and warmed flat bread. Includes recipe.
Birdseye Chilli & Sea Salt 60g
Not for the faint-hearted, this chilli salt gives a chilli kick when you need it! It is great on your favourite steak or it can be used in place of ordinary salt on just about everything. Be adventurous, but beware, it is addictive!
