Grades:

*Premium skins are perfect with zero marks and flesh is perfect, tasty & delicious. Shelf life 7-10 days.

*1st grade skins have light marks and flesh is perfect, tasty & delicious. Shelf life 5-7 days.

*2nd grade skins have brown marks and flesh is good, tasty & delicious - you will get a few with discolored flesh. Shelf life 3-5 days.

All lychees need to be refrigerated at 3-5° to keep the advised shelf life.
